I just rewatched this and other launch/promo content for this palette. You never mention that this is limited edition. If that was the plan, why not tell everyone up front? That way ppl could have prioritized the purchase. Also as a new brand, all of your other products seem to be permanent, so why would your customers know to expect this type of limited release (Byredo-esque) from you?

Regarding the balm packaging - I thought it's cool and bought it. But I found out that it's a poor quality product. Approximately one week after purchasing the lip balm, I noticed significant peeling of the paint on the junction between the cap and the main body of the case. I tried to return it to the store but they refused. I'm so disappointed😢
